My daughter Addison was turning 3 and being 33 weeks pregnant I wasn't going to organise a birthday party BUT I just couldn't resist as she is at that age where she actually understands what her birthday is & was super excited about it.
So then it was off to work out a theme, this was a pretty easy decision as she loves Peppa Pig, but what 3 year old doesn't.
Owning my own online party supplies business www.sweetlittlesoiree.com.au certainly helps with making decisions on products and colours as I have lots to choose from.
I decided on the colour theme light pink, blue, yellow, red & hot pink and I knew that I wanted to use fake grass as well as I have a slight obsession with it, I just think it makes everything look fresh and amazing.
So I got started on the invitation and matching backdrop which I created myself in photoshop I was really happy with how they turned out, I printed the invitation myself on thick white card and got the poster printed through vistaprint.
For the dessert table I decided on:

Muddy Water - I used the beautiful yorkshire beverage dispenser together with the mini glass bottles and yellow paper straws and filled it with chocolate milk. I wrapped the mini glass bottles with labels from a printable I purchased from ebay. The kids absolutely loved this and they are a perfect little portion.
Muddy Puddle Spoons - I used with the red plastic spoons melted chocolate and used some decorations like sprinkles, smarties & sugar flowers to make them look nice.
Daddy Pig Chocolate Pops - I created myself from a mould I purchased from the UK off ebay. I displayed this in a white crate I already had using foam underneath and the artificial grass place mat over the top to make them look like they were popping out of the ground.
Peppa's Party Cupcakes - I baked chocolate cupcakes in the pink striped baking cups and just added the beautiful cupcake toppers which I purchased off ebay.
Mummy Pig's Cookies - These were made by the lovely Rochelle from A La Roche Cakes & Sweets, I sent her the party circles from a printable pack I purchased off etsy and she turned them into these gorgeous cookies. I must say that these were so delicious. I displayed them on the gorgeous scalloped edge porcelain cake stand.
Grandpa Pig's Garden - I used the gorgeous blue mini tin buckets and filled them up with some fresh fruit, they were great little portions for the kids and they absolutely loved them.
George's Dine-saw Cake Pops - These were made by The Iced Queens, I had seen them pictured on facebook and thought these were perfect for a peppa pig party. I displayed these the same as the chocolate pops using the foam and artificial grass place mat.
Lollies - For the lollies I just wanted to use something in the co-ordinating colours so I used blue shimmer chocolate pearls, yellow shimmer gumballs and multi-coloured fruit chews. I displayed these in the gorgeous set of 3 lolly jars.
For a bit of fun I printed out on some card paper the heads of some Peppa Pig characters and attached them to wooden sticks to make some fun masks, my daughter absolutely loved this and it was so simple to do.
For an activity that was fun for the kids I set up a little cupcake decorating table. I got from the cheap shop some plastic art paint pallets and put a frosted cupcake in the middle and all different sprinkles and toppings in the little circles around it. The kids absolutely loved this idea, except my daughter thought she had to use every single sprinkle and topping that was on the plate so hers was extremely decorated by the end of it.
For decorations I made the tassels out of coloured tissue paper there are plenty of tutorials on how to do this if you search google its very simple I hung the tassels by attaching them to pink twine.
I hung around the back decking some paper fans to add a bit of colour to the party these looked great hanging around and just added that bit of extra decoration needed for the entertaining area.
I used a range of the different coloured paper plates, cups, napkins, cutlery and lolly bags in the gorgeous striped design and displayed them on a gorgeous old chair that I painted up in this beautiful yellow. I displayed the cutlery in a beautiful glass jar tied with twine around this was just a nice simple way to display them.
Overall the party was fantastic, my daughter Addison had the best day and that's all I could of wished for. I hope I have given you some ideas for planning your next party & make sure you head on over to my website www.sweetlittlesoiree.com.au to get all your party supplies for your next soiree.
